Cut & Sew
Prior to the start of production, clients are asked to confirm all details within the tech pack upon submission of their production purchase order. It is important to have an approved final fit sample in hand to ensure correct placement and quality of the garment, paving the way for a successful manufacturing process.
Upon issuing a purchase order, our dedicated team ensures the completion of marking and grading within a three-day timeframe. Following this step, we meticulously spread our fabric, allowing an eight to twelve-hour period to relax before the cutting process begins. We add a 3% - 5% overage allowance on all of our cut tickets. This buffer accommodates any potential damages that may arise during the manufacturing process. It's important to understand that additional charges may apply for any excess quantities beyond the initial production order. This ensures that your order is fulfilled completely, allowing for potential damages during the production process, as well as room for content creation, expansion, and the possibility of gifting or maintaining a small inventory directly for consumers.
All goods will be manufactured in accordance with the approved sample and tech pack specifications by paying close attention to every detail. Specifically print and label placement, wash and print techniques, finishing, and even how it's packaged.
We're dedicated to making sure that the production quality mirrors your sample standards, guaranteeing your end consumers happiness, building trust in your product and loyalty for your brand.
