We have a skilled pattern maker on staff to assist in creating original patterns, either based on provided specifications or samples. We offer compatibility with industry-leading pattern making software such as Gerber, Optitex, and Tukatech. We offer basic patterns of up to 6 pieces for $100. With each original pattern purchase, you receive one complimentary pattern correction, and additional basic corrections are available for $45 each. If you have a pre-existing pattern, for digital submissions, we require files in .dxf format.

Our process ensures precision, starting with a base pattern created with 0x0 shrinkage. Each fabric undergoes rigorous pre-production testing for shrinkage, which is then applied to the base pattern before grading. We use Accumark for our marking and grading services which are consistently priced at $120 per pattern.
